    Great to see this and know it’s being seen and shared in the c-suite. The, ah, driving lesson here for me is rethinking the means to a hire to begin with: if you want “really good people” who can do it on their own, really do it, then make sure you’re using untraditional ways to find and hire the extraordinary. Some of these untraditional hiring screenings were in your “A Whole New Mind” — and were more tuned into the candidate’s right brain, where breakout innovative ideas are going to come from.
