I have always thought of the "Kiss 'n Ride" signs at Chicago and DC (maybe others, too) city transit stops as being emotionally intelligent, or very very human. It always strikes me that a machine could not have come up with that and it's one of the few reminders I see daily in the city that there are people (thinking, feeling people) behind some mass systems! I have the same feeling when I see the Oregon Lottery symbol, two fingers crossed in a "luck" symbol, which is now used for many state lottery logos. http://www.oregonlottery.org/

It seems that your site is fast becoming the 'emotional signage' site. I started reading your blog over a year ago. I have read many very interesting, insightful articles on information I hadn't considered before. I came to appreciate the new information you brought to the forefront, and endless emotional signage examples don't fit my perception of who you are. I got the message about emotional signage. What else do you have?
