  1. The China figures are obviously a small percentage of the total population — say, about 10 percent. The U.S. figures represent about 16 percent. What’s interesting — to me at least — is that it’s another confirmation of the law of large numbers. If even a relative small portion of China takes an action, that’s still a huge number of people and a very healthy market.
