When: Synchronize

When: Synchronize

The three rules of syncing:

  1. Sync to a boss: Someone or something above the group to set the pace, maintain the standards, and focus the collective mind.
  2. Sync to the tribe: Group timing requires belongingness which are enabled by code, clothing, and touch.
  3. Sync to the heart: Synchronizing makes us feel good, and feeling good helps a group’s wheels turn more smoothly.
