Emotionally intelligent signage in Green Bay Packer country
Rod Johnson sends this example of emotionally intelligent, which he spotted “while driving up to the Wild Rice Restaurant in Bayfield, Wisconsin.”

Love this, and another one I like from Rte 80 in PA: Buckle Up Next Million Miles.
My all-time favorite road sign on a two-lane highway in Utah – several miles from the nearest town:
This is
NOT
US 89
We retraced our steps and discovered that US 89 made a right-hand turn in the middle of a small town. I guess we weren’t the first tourists who didn’t notice.
Love these in Texas: “Drive Friendly” (Can’t you just hear it?)
I wonder what the story behind this particular road sign is. I’m sure some Wisconsinites weren’t bored one day and decided to put up this sign for comedic fodder. Although, of course, I’m sure it has served as a great story at parties for people who see this sign.
With Love and Gratitude,
Jeremiah
